Please use Build-Depends: libjpeg-dev instead of libjpeg62-turbo-dev.

Debian will be updating libjpeg-turbo to use the newer API 8 instead
of 6.2, as Ubuntu has done for many years. Both Debian and Ubuntu have
a libjpeg-dev package which depends on the current libjpeg-turbo dev
package.
