Currently, cryptsetup-initramfs has this in its Depends line:

 Depends: busybox | busybox-static, ...

Please drop busybox-static from there.  This package (busybox-static)
already has Provides: busybox, and it contains the same binary as
regular busybox package, so by keeping just busybox in your Depends
line, your package will work with either build of busybox.

We're trying to make busybox-static package rescue-only, so to say,
because it has no place in initramfs with its own copy of libc, and
because its config is not really suitable for initramfs, see #1147074.

Please let us to proceed.  This is a trivial change on your end.
