Dear Maintainer,

In version 1.18.0 of dh-octave, which is now in unstable, the dh_octave_substvar script was renamed dh_octave_substvars. The former script is still included in dh-octave, but it has been deprecated and will eventually be removed.

Please, adjust the package accordingly.

Hmm, sorry, I was confused. The MR I fast-forward-merged was the one
in vlfeat, that's the release I plan to do.

For this package, nlopt, I request the help of Andreas who
made the current version in experimental.

just to give a status:  nlopt has a SOVERSION bump and I need to
check the rdepends first.  I hope I manage to finish this next
