Dear Maintainer,

The packaged script /usr/share/prometheus/install-ui.sh no longer works.
It appears that the script expects the ui release tarball to have a static/react
subdirectory, however current tarballs only have static/react-app and
static/mantine-ui.

The 3.x web UI tarball ships static/mantine-ui and static/react-app, not
static/react, so the script extracts a path that is not there. Patch 0006
serves static/react as well, so both ends needed fixing.
