Stremio's optional streaming server (server.js) provides BitTorrent
streaming and other advanced streaming features for the stremio media
center client. server.js itself is not freely redistributable -- Stremio's
own dev lead has stated it is "not meant to be used / distributed outside
of an official Stremio app" (see
https://github.com/Stremio/stremio-shell/issues/435) -- so this package
does not contain it: it downloads the current version directly from
Stremio's own servers during installation, verifies its checksum, and
installs it where the stremio package expects to find it.

stremio functions without this package, with BitTorrent-based streaming
unavailable.

This is modeled on two existing Debian contrib packages solving the same
kind of problem: ttf-mscorefonts-installer (Microsoft's TrueType fonts)
and virtualbox-ext-pack (Oracle's proprietary VirtualBox Extension Pack).

This is a prerequisite for `stremio` (wishlist bug #943703, WebKitGTK6
rewrite of Stremio's media center client), which Recommends: it.
