I intend to orphan the air-quality-sensor package.

According to my knowledge, the sensor is no longer produced, at the
vendors website I could only find a website from 2012 mentioning it, see
https://web.archive.org/web/20120626011046/http://www.appliedsensor.com/products/indoor-air-monitor.html
While I generally would be supporting old hardware, this kind of sensor
physically degrades over time and won't give you reliable results
anymore. Popcon reports only 7 installs.

I do not think it is worth investing any more time in this. I also
wouldn't object removal, but as long as it doesn't cause any problems
being in the archive it might as well be kept.

The package description is:
The Indoor Air Monitor is a USB flash drive-shaped sensor which
measures the surrounding's air pollution. This driver prints a list
with all connected sensors and their current values to the commandline.
Brand names and further information has been documented on
http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/CO2_Sensor.
 .
The air quality is displayed on the hardware token by three indicator
lamps with the colours green (= good), yellow (= average) and red (=
bad), the same colors are also printed by this tool.

Kind regards,
Benedikt
