Dear Maintainer,

Please backport pytactl_2.0-2 to trixie so that users can have the tool
on a stable system and can interact with BugHopper devices seamlessly.

This probably means waiting for 2.0-2 to arrive in testing first before
starting the backport; 2.0-1 should not be backported because it lacks
udev rules.
