Changes since the last upload:

Downloads the non-redistributable server.js at install time (wget +
sha256sum, debconf-gated), same pattern as ttf-mscorefonts-installer
and virtualbox-ext-pack. CCing Gianfranco (virtualbox-ext-pack) since
his experience with this exact packaging pattern could be valuable
here.
