On the upstream website the author writes: "All BabelStone fonts are designed
and created using FontCreator Profession Edition from High-Logic".

As that software has project source formats and the ttf is just an
export, the sources are missing.

I have pushed the necessary changes to git to move it to contrib.
But you may be able to provide the source, so I am not uploading for now.
