 IncusOS is an immutable OS image dedicated to running Incus. It's based on
 Debian 13 and built using mkosi. A select subset of the IncusOS code (the
 api and cli modules) are included in this package to facilitate the building
 of Incus packages.

Unfortunately there's an upstream dependency loop between Incus and
IncusOS; up to this point the Incus package has been including the
necessary code from IncusOS as a patch, but it will be better to
properly get the subset of required IncusOS code into its own package.

This package will be team-maintained within the Go Packaging Team.
