 Golang bindings for CRIU. The code is based on the Golang-based PHaul
 implementation from the CRIU repository.

 Golang bindings provide an easy way to use the CRIU RPC calls from Golang
 without the need to set up all the infrastructure to make the actual RPC
 connection to CRIU.

 This package provides major version 8 of the library.

As the Go ecosystem in Debian moves to module-aware builds, packages
such as Incus will need major version 8 of go-criu available. This
package will be team-maintained within the Go Packaging Team.
