Starting from version 2.54.0, wpewebkit and webkit2gtk no longer
support big-endian architectures due to their usage of Skia and their
removal of the Cairo backend:

As a result, the s390x binary package of gstreamer1.0-wpe needs to be
removed from the archive.

The source package has already been updated to stop building it on
s390x, see #1148086.
