When this package is installed, it downloads a libdvdcss tarball from
the following URL:

https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libdvdcss/-/archive/1.6.0/libdvdcss-1.6.0.tar.bz2

That is not the official distribution tarball, however. The official
tarball is a .tar.xz file, as seen here:

https://download.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/1.6.0/

There is no official .tar.bz2 file as of the 1.5.0 release. The tarball
at the first URL above is actually a run-time creation of the GitLab
instance running on that server.

This is a problem because if you want to use a mirror server---given
that the VideoLAN main site isn't the most reliable---then you can
only download the official .tar.xz tarball; there is no .tar.bz2 file
to be found after 1.4.3.
