  Description     : retrieve statistics of a Plan 9 system (Go library)

 This Go module retrieves system statistics (CPU, memory, storage, network
 interfaces and other kernel counters) from a Plan 9 operating system by
 reading the files exposed under its /dev and /proc hierarchies.

Reasoning: this module is part of the Go module dependency graph of
github.com/shirou/gopsutil, which is already in Debian. It is needed to build
gopsutil's reverse dependencies -- such as the OpenTelemetry Collector -- with
the module-aware dh-go build system, in which the whole module graph must
resolve locally even for platform-specific code (here, Plan 9) that is never
compiled on Debian's architectures. I intend to maintain it inside the Debian
Go Packaging Team.
