This module is a transitive dependency of github.com/shirou/gopsutil (already in
Debian). It is required to build gopsutil's reverse dependencies -- such as the
OpenTelemetry Collector -- under the module-aware dh-go build system, in which
the whole module graph must resolve locally even for platform-specific code
(here, Plan 9) that is never compiled on Debian's architectures.
