Dear Maintainer,

The go.mod file declear the module is called `github.com/godbus/dbus/v5`
but the package name is called `golang-dbus-dev`.

This doesn't match with upstream import path.

To avoid confusion to new tooling `dh-go` and maintainers. Please
respect upstream import path and follow the naming conventions document
to rename the package:
