 Haskell client for the com.canonical.dbusmenu DBus interface, providing
 GTK3 menu construction from DBusMenu services.

This is a new build dependency of taffybar 7.3.1 and gtk-sni-tray 0.2.1.4,
both already in Debian. The code was split out of gtk-sni-tray upstream.

I plan to submit the package via the Debian Haskell Group.
