 Generic GTK image sizing helpers for Haskell GI applications, providing
 aspect-ratio-preserving pixbuf scaling to a target size, CSS-aware border
 and padding measurement helpers, and a draw-based auto-fill image widget
 that scales to its allocation without Gtk.Image resize feedback loops.

This is a new build dependency of taffybar 7.3.1 and gtk-sni-tray 0.2.1.4,
both already in Debian. Upstream extracted it from the image widget code
those two packages shared.

I plan to submit the package via the Debian Haskell Group.
