WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

The python3-wxgtk-webview4.0 binary package from src:wxpython4.0 is no
longer built (since this week's uploads) and the obsolete binary package
from version 4.2.4+dfsg-2 now needs cleaning up.

The only reverse dependency is psychopy:

but its single binary package is Architecture: all, so it's OK for it to
be unbuildable on s390x.
