WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

This is one of the packages that will need to be removed from s390x
as a result (it Depends on WebKitGTK). It has one reverse-dependency:

but fonts-beteckna is Architecture: all, so I think it's OK for it to
become unbuildable on s390x (realistically people will rebuild it on
some other architecture like amd64).
