   * What led up to the situation?
SolydXK (a Debian stable derivate) ships with /etc/dpkg/origins/solydxk:

Vendor: SolydXK
Vendor-URL: https://www.solydxk.com/
Bugs: debbugs://bugs.debian.org
Parent: Debian

Reportbug shows the following error:

Unable to connect to SolydXK BTS (error: "Error('Getting bugs from solydxk is
not supported')");


   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

To get Reportbug to work, I also had to uncomment "# bts debian" in
/etc/reportbug.conf or add "bts debian" to ~/.reportbugrc.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

With "bts debian" configured Reportbug functioned as expected.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Setting:
Bugs: debbugs://bugs.debian.org
Parent: Debian

in /etc/dpkg/origins/solydxk should assume "bts debian". This makes bug reports
for users of Debian derivates easier.
