Please remove python-aiomeasures from Debian.

python-aiomeasures has a release critical bug that has stayed unsolved
for a year [1].

The last upload was in 2024 and it didn't make it to trixie due to this
RC bug. Upstream, it hasn't received a single commit since 2015. Popcon
shows 7 installations.

At this moment, one package (python-molotov) declares a build-dependency
on it, but upon inspection we discovered it doesn't actually use it. The
latest uploader is going to do a new upload without the unneeded
dependency.
