Please remove the python3-buildlog-consultant binary package.

In #1085144 [1] src:buildlog-consultant was removed from unstable
(replaced by the rust-buildlog-consultant source package which provides
the buildlog-consultant
binary package).

Unfortunately, the way it was done meant that the
python3-buildlog-consultant binary package was left over. And, if I
understand this correctly, because src:buildlog-consultant is the source
used to build that binary, it is also still available until the binary
goes away.

So, please remove the python3-buildlog-consultant binary package.
