Additional, non-essential, but recommended services for Phosh's user session.
It contains

* phosh-syncbus: A DBus interface to syncthing
* phosh-os-updater: OS Update Notifier

The os-updater is not very useful in Debian atm but the syncbus plugin
would enable the syncbus quick setting, there will also be more services
for e.g. mobile data monitoring.
