LICENSE and AUTHORS are not installed:

debian/install only installs lib and pubspec.yaml. The source files literally reference "Please see the AUTHORS file", but AUTHORS isn't shipped, and neither is the license text. At least the license should be installed under /usr/share/dart/packages/async/ and AUTHORS in /usr/share/doc/<package>
