Dear Maintainers :)

since adding support for .nar archive diffoscope depends on guix, which isnt in
forky because of #1096790, #1108318, #1112143, #1115303, thus diffoscope is
blocked from migrating to forky as well.

Please instead depend on nix instead (as Vagrant already suggested).
