Just take a note here that I found there are a few packages are still
using this as dependency. So I keep this package as is and forked
golang-github-roaringbitmap-roaring-v2 from this package.

Please migrate to golang-github-roaringbitmap-roaring-v2-dev when you
are able to.

So we can remove this package from the archive.
