While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc2 version we found that python-ismartgate fails to build from source [1].

There are two problems. One related to not supporting building the docs for more than one Python version, and the other related to the m2r2 dependency.

For the first one, I've fixed the docs invocation so that it works for multiple Python versions. For the second one, I've backported upstream commit 9406180, that drops that broken m2r2 dependency [2].

I've applied these fixes in the sandbox [3] to verify that python-ismartgate builds successfully, please consider applying the patch to support the upcoming 3.15 version.

Setting the severity to important for now. Once Python 3.15 is released, it will be added to python3-defaults and this bug will become release critical.
