Dear Qt/KDE team,

Since a large number of kf6 packages migrated to testing on 20
September, I have recieved the nonsense popup notification "Mouse
Battery Low (-1% Remaining)" whenever my wireless mouse is idle for a
while, or when I power off or disconnect it. (See attached screenshot.)
To rule out user error I swapped the battery anyway, and tested it on my
laptop running stable; the issue only appears here on forky.

This is the only thing logged when this happens:
plasmashell[3701]:
qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/notifications/global/Globals.qml:575:17:
Unable to assign QString to int

Clearly some bad math is happening somewhere. I am assigning this bug to
kf6-knotifications because that seems to make sense; unfortunately I
wasn't able to downgrade it to test because so many other kf6 packages
now depend on it at >=6.30.0~. The mouse power integration is handled
via solaar which was last updated in July, and other than this
notification, the applet reports the battery level normally.

Thanks for your work,
