Dear rudof maintainers,

The attached debdiff patch updates rudof's Build-Depends and Cargo
patches for the proposed hashlink and yaml-rust2 0.11 updates:

I used Codex CLI to prepare this patch and reviewed the result.

I am relatively new to contributing to Debian but have tried to hew to
Debian standards and this project's expectations. If I've made any
