usage-argv is the dependency-free runtime for compiled usage command-line
parse tables. It supports argv parsing with optional specification metadata,
help, diagnostics, and completion support. It is the foundation of usage-rs.

I am the upstream maintainer and would like to maintain this package with
the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
