usage-derive provides procedural macros that compile Rust command-line
declarations into usage parse tables and portable specification metadata.
It supplies the derives used by applications depending on usage-rs.

I am the upstream maintainer and would like to maintain this package with
the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
