usage-rs is an application-facing Rust command-line parser built on usage
specifications. It combines derive macros and the argv runtime with optional
completion, configuration, validation, response-file, and test support.
Applications using it include packslip.

I am the upstream maintainer and would like to maintain this package with
the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
