usage-test provides assertion helpers for applications built with usage.
It supports checking argument parsing, help output, and optional completion
results, and backs the usage-rs test feature.

I am the upstream maintainer and would like to maintain this package with
the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
