usage-validation evaluates portable expression rules for usage command-line
specifications. It provides the optional validation backend for usage-rs,
using the expr-lang evaluator with regular-expression support.

I am the upstream maintainer and would like to maintain this package with
the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
