yaml_serde is a YAML serialization and deserialization library for Serde,
maintained by the YAML organization. It is needed for the optional YAML
reader in usage-config and the full-featured usage-rs library stack.

I would like to maintain this package with the Debian Rust team. I will need sponsorship for the initial upload.
The packaging uses the Rust team debcargo-conf workflow.
