Dear Maintainer,

tee-supplicant.service is installed to multi-user.target due to:

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

On devices without a TEE, the service startup fails.

I ask you to replace the minimal debian/tee-supplicant.service by the
upstream service template tee-supplicant/tee-supplicant@.service.in,
in combination with the upstream udev rule template tee-supplicant/
optee-udev.rules.in. This service template is not installed, but
started by the udev rule upon detection of a tee device. This allows
to create generic images that run on devices with or without a TEE.
