Hi!

While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15 version we
found that repo fails to build from source:
https://debusine.debian.net/debian/r-python-python3.15/artifact/4856993/

From the log, the error seems to be:

    ''')
RuntimeError:
        An attempt has been made to start a new process before the
        current process has finished its bootstrapping phase.

        This probably means that you are not using fork to start your
        child processes and you have forgotten to use the proper idiom
        in the main module:

            if __name__ == '__main__':
                freeze_support()
                ...

        The "freeze_support()" line can be omitted if the program
        is not going to be frozen to produce an executable.

        To fix this issue, refer to the "Safe importing of main module"
        section in https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note that while we ran into this error during the rebuild against Python 3.15, that doesn't mean that the root cause for the failure is necessarily the new Python version. Setting the severity to important for now. Once Python 3.15 is released and later added to python3-defaults, this bug will become release critical.
