 go-plugin is a Go plugin system over WebAssembly, based on the wazero
 runtime. Plugin interfaces are defined in Protocol Buffers; the
 protoc-gen-go-plugin generator produces the Go code for the host and
 for plugins compiled to WebAssembly.

Binary package: golang-github-knqyf263-go-plugin-dev (import path
github.com/knqyf263/go-plugin).

Why: github.com/containerd/nri v0.12.3 imports it from pkg/api
(api_host.pb.go, api_plugin.pb.go); unstable has nri 0.8.0. docker.io
29.8.1 (in preparation; unstable has 28.5.2, work in progress at
https://salsa.debian.org/mendezr/docker/-/tree/wip/moby-v29) requires nri
v0.12.3 in engine/go.mod and imports it from
engine/daemon/internal/nri/nri.go.

I intend to maintain this package within the Debian Go Packaging Team.
