  Description     : client for the GitHub Actions cache service

 This Go package talks to the cache service that GitHub Actions runners
 use, as an ordinary HTTP client. It can look up cache entries by key and
 key prefix, download them, and reserve, upload and commit new entries,
 with chunked and parallel uploads, for both the original REST API and the
 newer Twirp-based v2 service, whose blobs live in Azure Blob Storage.

 BuildKit uses it for its "gha" cache backend, which stores build cache in
 the cache of a GitHub Actions workflow.

Binary package: golang-github-tonistiigi-go-actions-cache-dev (import path
github.com/tonistiigi/go-actions-cache).

Why: BuildKit v0.33.0, built as part of docker.io 29.8.1 (in preparation;
unstable has 28.5.2, work in progress at
https://salsa.debian.org/mendezr/docker/-/tree/wip/moby-v29), imports it
from cache/remotecache/gha/gha.go (buildkit/go.mod line 81, the commit
packaged here). The docker.io update is needed by
github.com/anchore/stereoscope (ITP https://bugs.debian.org/1135909).

I intend to maintain this package within the Debian Go Packaging Team.
