Hi,

The pkg-config file for pybind11, /usr/share/pkgconfig/pybind11.pc,
ships incorrect prefix, leading to -I/include being added to CFLAGS
by its reverse dependencies. The bug is present at least since 2.13.6-2,
but also in 3.1.0-2.

    prefix=
    includedir=${prefix}/include
