Dear Maintainer,

Vulkan is not usable anymore with 26.2.2 and above.

mpv can not play videos anymore, gnome-remote-desktop is also broken.

vulkaninfo --summary shows this error message and only lists the
llvmpipe device:

amdgpu: amdgpu_query_sw_info(amdgpu_sw_info_address_prt_wa_control_bit)

I suspect there's an older version of libdrm_amdgpu.so.1 somewhere on the system, which gets picked up by libvulkan_radeon.so instead of the one in the
libdrm-amdgpu1 package.

 ldd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libvulkan_radeon.so | grep amdgpu

should show it.
