Hello.
When I try to build this package on AWS machines of type r7a.medium or m7a.medium,
which incidentally have one vCPU, the following test always fails:

I reported this upstream in the URL above but there is not
an official fix yet, so I suggest disabling this single
test as flaky (as in the attached patch) until there is an official fix.

The build error may be reproduced easily with GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nr_cpus=1",
but if that does not work, I can offer a VM for you to reproduce.
