 The HTML language service behind the editing experience of Visual Studio
 Code, extracted from the editor so that it can be reused elsewhere, e.g. in
 the Monaco editor.  It provides parsing, completion, hover, formatting and
 scanning of embedded scripts and styles for HTML documents.

 Its runtime dependencies are already in the archive: vscode-uri,
 vscode-languageserver-types and vscode-languageserver-textdocument; the
 remaining one, @vscode/l10n, is filed separately.

 Two parts of the source tree carry third party material, both accounted for
 in debian/copyright: a vendored copy of the js-beautify HTML/CSS formatter
 (src/beautify/, with its own license file), and data derived from the
 HTML 5.1 W3C Working Draft, carrying the W3C document license.

 The version is pinned to 5.2.0 rather than the current 5.6.2 because that is
 the exact version monaco-editor 0.57.0 declares in its devDependencies, so
 that the language service set stays consistent with the monaco version being
 packaged.

 Needed to build monaco-editor, which is being packaged for Debian as a
 general purpose library.  Part of packaging Zotero for Debian (#1125955).
