While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15
version we found that jack fails to build from source, because of the
additional `+py315.1` suffix:

   packaging.version.InvalidVersion: Invalid version:
'4.0+git20260821.5499fcb+py315.3'

Adding an extra +version is a common practice when triggering rebuilds,
so this shouldn't trigger an Invalid version exception.

The root cause for this is this expression in your debian/rules:

export SETUPTOOLS_SCM_PRETEND_VERSION=$(shell dpkg-parsechangelog -S
version |sed -e 's/~/.0+/g' -e 's/-[[:digit:]]//g')

This strips -1 or -2 from the version (up to -9, -10 would already
break). I think you should remove everything that comes after the dash.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
jack, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
