P.S.1. cf-cli name because there is an ITP with the cf name [0].

P.S.2. Cloud Foundry (not in Debian) also has cf-cli [1], perhaps the
name cloudflare-cli would be better to avoid possible confusion because
cf could mean many things like Cloudflare, Cloud Foundry, ColabFold,
CloudFormation, etc.?
