WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and
#1148038. The latest WebKitGTK security advisory lists around 200 CVEs,
so it seems dangerous to hold it back to an older version for longer
than is strictly necessary.

ruby-gnome has a binary package that depends on WebKitGTK, and removal
of that binary package was requested in #1148247. However, if we remove
ruby-gnome from s390x completely, not many packages are affected:

* mikutter, a Twitter client (Architecture: all)
* ninix-kagari, a desktop toy (removal from s390x already requested in a
  separate archive team bug)
* rabbit, a presentation tool (Architecture: all)
* rabbiter, another Twitter client (Architecture: all)
* screenruler, an on-screen measuring tool (Architecture: all)

and I find it hard to believe that anyone is actually running those on
an IBM mainframe. So I think it could be time to remove ruby-gnome from
s390x: if #1148247 is resolved, it can come back.
