On startup mininet tries to close all file descriptors except
stdin/stdout/stderr by brute forcing the range of fdtablesize.
This worked in the past with low fdtablesize values like 2^10, but takes
ages in docker or some modern distros with a large tablesize e.g. 2^31 .
It has has been fixed in upstream by lantz on github. See PR#1182
