The upstream drycpp github repo has been unmaintained for years (see the github
issues). I have fixed several critical bugs in my fork: https://github.com/hoytech/lmdbxx

It is not 100% backwards-compatible, however any apps that break when using my fork
are probably subtly broken anyway, since the original API was quite error-prone.
