sse2-support is no longer built from source because it is now part of
Debian's i386 baseline. Therefore, it should be safe to remove
Build-Depends: sse2-support [i386]

I'm filing as serious because sse2-support is not built from source so
it violates Debian Policy to have Build-Depends on it.

I missed that the i386 specific package amd64-baseline-supportt has a
versioned Provides for sse2-support. Therefore, there is no RC issue
here.
